Meet Haley Mumbert, M.A., LMFT-Associate

Supervised by April Carpenter, LMFT-Supervisor

Whether you’re experiencing ongoing conflict or a quiet sense of disconnection, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-A) offering a warm presence as we work together toward lasting, meaningful change in your relationships.

I am a systemically trained clinician specializing in relational distress, practicing primarily from an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) lens—an evidence-based approach grounded in attachment and emotional responsiveness. While also integrating mindfulness techniques and inner child work into therapy, I offer support in building self-regulation skills and cultivating deeper insight into how past experiences may be shaping present patterns—often outside of your awareness.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to address emotional reactivity, rebuild trust, and create new ways of relating to the people who matter most. Together, we can uncover what may be getting in the way of the closeness and security you’re longing for in your relationships.

Alongside relational concerns, I support clients in gently exploring the underlying roots of self-esteem related challenges and perfectionistic patterns.

If you’re ready for things to feel different but aren’t sure where to start, I would be honored to connect with you.
