Meet Winston Teague, Masters Level Intern

Hello, my name is Winston Teague, and I am a master’s level intern pursing my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and working towards eventual licensure as a professional counselor. I currently work under the supervision of Jessica Bolden, MA, LPC-S, CST.

My approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy, which means I believe every person has the capacity for growth, healing and resilience when offered a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.

I believe in tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Whether you are navigating life transitions, healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression or seeking clarity in your personal or professional life, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard and accepted.

I also bring with me years of professional experience in healthcare and data science, which has shaped my respect for both evidence-based practices and the deeply human side of healing. I value multiculturalism, inclusivity, authenticity and I strive to honor the diverse identities, backgrounds and stories of the people I work with.

My hope is that through our work together, you can reconnect with your strengths, discover new perspectives, and move toward a space where you feel more balance in your life.

If you are considering counseling, know that taking this first step is already an act of courage. I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
