I’m a Master’s level intern studying at Walden University and am supervised by Jessica Bolden. I have been a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) for over 12 years. I specialize in the treatment of Substance Use Disorders (SUDS) as well as anxiety, depression, and shame resiliency. I have worked in residential and outpatient drug treatment centers as well as outpatient treatment with Tarrant County Adult Probation.

I rely on a person-centered counseling approach which focuses on unconditional positive regard for every client as well as presenting my authentic self in our therapeutic work together.

I grew up in Boyd, Texas. I enjoy yoga, meditation, and spending my free time with family.
